IB Recruitment 2018: Intelligence Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs has invited applications from the candidates who have completed Matriculation or above for the post of Security Assistant or Executive. There are more than 1000 vacancies for these posts for which candidates can apply online. The process of application has started online and will close next month. IB Recruitment 2018 For Security Assistant

Application Fee: ₹ 50/- (Rupees Fifty Only). Only male candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay the fee. All SC/ST, Ex-servicemen & female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.

Last Date: The application portal will be operational from 20th October 2018 to 10th November 2018 till 11:59 pm. Registration done, prior to 20th October and after 10th November, will not be accepted. The link of online application is now open and candidates can fill the application form now on the official website.

Online Application Process: The candidates who want to apply for the post of SA in IB will have to fill the online applications on the official website. In the first step, the candidates will have to register themselves. The password and login ID will be mailed to the entered email address. Now candidates will have to complete the first step by entering the details of qualifications.

The second step is to upload the images and signature. This is not the other type of image upload. Candidates will only have to upload one image of photograph and sign under it. the details are mentioned in the official notification. Pay the application fee if any and then proceed to submit the application form.

Vacancies: There are total 1054 vacancies for the post of SA in IB. For the General category, there are 620 posts, 187 posts for the OBC category, 160 for SC and 87 for ST. The selection of the candidates is based on Tier 1 and Tier II. Tier 1 will be an objective test while Tier 2 will be a descriptive test.
