As said above that the new First recharge plan 108 of BSNL is only available for the new users and only in Chennai and Tamil Nadu circles. This is a combo plan in which the users will get the benefits of free calling, data and SMS. Starting with the free calling benefits, the plan offers free calls up to 250 minutes. After 250 minutes the calls are chargeable as per the standard rates. So it is not wrong to say that there is no unlimited calling in the plan.

The data usage is unlimited. After the usage of 1GB data per day, the data usage remains free but the speed will be reduced to 80 Kbps. In terms of SMS benefits, the pack offers a total 500 SMS for the 28 days validity period.

In this prepaid plan, the best part is that the BSNL is also offering free calling benefits to the Delhi and Mumbai telecom circles. Usually, BSNL does not offer free calling benefits to the Delhi and Mumbai telecom circles.
