Realme has declared that it will launch the Realme 3 smartphone, the successor of the last year launched Realme 2 on March 4 in India. The company shared an image on its verified Twitter handle a few hours after Realme CEO Madhav Sheth uploaded an image showing a spec comparison between the MediaTek Helio P70 and Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, showing the advantages of the prior. The tweet is being understood as a teaser suggesting that the future Realme 3 could don the MediaTek Helio P70 SoC under the hood.
The tweet, which is now deleted, comes a day after the company taunted a dual-camera system by posting an image from its official Twitter handle. The image also showed the diamond design on the back. Realme 3 will be the company’s next phone after the Realme U1 to be powered by a MediaTek processor.
There are no other details available regarding the upcoming Realme 3 smartphone. It is also said that the phone will have a dual rear camera at the back with the fingerprint sensor. The smartphone will be a budget smartphone whose price will be under Rs 16000. The exact price and the variants of the phone will be uncovered at the launch event. Maybe the company will launch 2 or 3 variants of the phone just like the Realme 2 and Realme 2 Pro. The phone may have the 6GB RAM variant. We can also expect the Realme 3 Pro in the coming months too.
Realme 3 smartphone will also be the company first smartphone of this year. The company launched the Realme U1 smartphone last year in the month of November in two variants whose price starts from Rs 10999. Before the Realme U1, the company launched the Realme 2 Pro, Realme 2 and Realme C1. Realme 1 was the first phone of the company in India which was also launched last year.
