Redmi will soon launch the new smartphone Redmi Note 7 in India. Xiaomi India Head Manu Kumar Jain shared a tweet on its Twitter handle regarding the launch of the upcoming smartphone. The tweet doesn’t reveal the name of the phone going to be launch but it mentions the 48Mp camera phone which is only in the Redmi Note 7. So now it is expected that the Redmi Note 7 will launch in India and it will be the first smartphone in the Redmi by Xiaomi sub-brand.
To recall, the smartphone was the first launched in China earlier this month and the first model of the ‘Redmi by Xiaomi’ sub-brand. At the launch event of Redmi Note 7, the company also teased the launch of the Redmi Note 7 Pro and it is also expected that the company will also launch the same in India. See the tweet below:

Redmi Note 7 Price & Specifications
The smartphone Redmi Note 7 was launched in China this month. The smartphone was launched in 3 variants. The first one comes with the 3GB RAM+32GB storage and is priced at CNY 999 which is equal to Rs 10300. The second variant is with 4GB RAM+64GB internal storage and the price of this variant is CNY 1199 which is equal to Rs 12400. The third variant comes with 6GB RAM+64GB storage and is priced at CNY 1399 which is equal to Rs 14500. It is expected that the price of the phone in India will be around Rs 10000 to Rs 15000.
Coming to the specifications of the smartphone, Redmi Note 7 has a 6.3-inches with a screen resolution of 1080×2340 pixels. The smartphone comes with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, Corning Gorilla Glass 5, and 2.5D curved glass protection. There is a 3GB, 4GB, and 6GB RAM on the phone with the internal storage of 32GB/64GB. The storage of the phone is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone is powered by a 2.2GHz Snapdragon 660 octa-core SoC and paired with Adreno 512 GPU.
The Redmi Note 7 smartphone comes with a dual camera setup with one 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and another 5-megapixel sensor. There is a 13MP camera on the front. The battery of the phone is 4000mAh. The fingerprint sensor is at the back panel of the phone.
