Vivo, the Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed that it will showcase its first 5G smartphone at the MWC (Mobile World Congress). The event is going to held this week starting June 26th and will end on June 29. The venue of the Mobile World Congress in Shanghai.
Along with the first 5G phone, the company has also announced the 120W Super FlashCharge Technology. This is the new technology that will charge a 4000mAh battery phone in just 13 minutes. While a normal charge up to 14% battery, the 120W Super FlashCharge technology will charge fully.
First 5G Phone of Vivo and 120W Super FlashChrge Technology
Vivo stated that the first 5G phone will be displayed at MWC Shanghai this week. The phone will be on exhibit at Vivo’s booth in Shanghai New International Expo Centre. MWC is slated to be held in Shanghai next week, starting from June 26 to June 29.
In January this year, Vivo unveiled the Apex 2019 concept phone and maybe the production version of the phone will be showcased in the Shanghai MWC. This will not be the final phone but the concept phone and we can expect the final version of the phone later this year.
The phone will be the 5G phone with the Snapdragon X50 which is the 5G modem and with the Snapdragon 855 processor. There will be 12GB RAM on the phone and the 256GB internal storage.
And the amazing thing is the 120 Super FlashCharge Technology which is also going to be unveiled at the MWC. The key highlight of this charging technology is that a 4000mAh battery phone will be charged 50% in just 5 minutes and a full charge in just 13 minutes.
This will be better than the Oppo VOOC fast charging technology. Oppo claims that VOOC technology can charge 3500mAh battery to full in just 35 minutes.
