With this new change, the telecom operator beats Airtel prepaid recharge plan 1699 in terms of data benefits. Recently Bharti Airtel has also revised the prepaid recharge plan 1699 to compete with Jio 1699 prepaid plan. The Vodafone prepaid recharge plan 1699 is a long term combo plan that comes with the validity of 365 days and it offers calls, data and SMS benefits.
Vodafone Prepaid Recharge Plan 1699 Revised
Vodafone prepaid plan 1699 is available across all the circles. In this combo prepaid plan, the telecom operator offers unlimited calling, data and SMS benefits. All the calls are free and unlimited in this plan including the STD and roaming calls. There is no calling limit.
In terms of data benefits, the 1699 prepaid recharge plan offers 1.5GB data per day. This is equal to 547.5GB data in total. Earlier the same plan was offering 1GB data per day only. The plan was launched last year to compete with Jio and Airtel 1699 plan. At that time both Airtel and Vodafone were offering 1GB data benefits per day along with calls. Now after the revision, the plan is totally similar to Jio 1699 plan. Apart from the calls and data benefits, this pack also offers 100 free SMS per day.
Airtel & Jio 1699 Plan Details
Jio was the first one who introduced the plan 1699 last year. After Jio, BSNL also launched the same plan and after that Airtel and Vodafone. Airtel and Vodafone were giving only 1GB data per day in this plan. Later on, Airtel revised the plan and started offering 1.4GB data per day. And now Vodafone has also started giving 1.5GB data per day. Jio is also giving 1.5GB data per day. In terms of calling and SMS, all three plans are similar and equal.
