Vodafone Idea Removed Daily & Weekly Calling Limit on The Newly Launched Prepaid Plan 1499

Vodafone Idea has launched a new plan and this new plan is an annual plan of Idea and Vodafone. The new Vodafone Idea Plan is Rs 1499. This plan comes with a validity of 365 days which means once recharged, no need to recharge your number for the next 365 days. The plan will directly compete with the Reliance Jio & BSNL annual prepaid plans which were launched last year in November.

Starting with the biggest change that the company has made in its new prepaid plan and the change is that there is no limit on calling. All calls are totally free and unlimited. This is the only plan of Idea Vodafone that does not put restrictions on calling. Usually, other combo plans of Vodafone Idea comes with the daily calling limit and weekly calling limit.

Talking about the benefits of the prepaid plan 1499 of Vodafone Idea, the plan offers all free unlimited calls to anywhere in India on any number. All roaming calls (Incoming & Outgoing) are free. The prepaid plan offers 365 days validity and the users will get total 365GB data. The daily data usage limit in the plan is 1GB.

Well, as of now, this new annual prepaid plan of Vodafone Idea is not an open market plan and is available for selected users in the selected circles. Maybe the telecom operator will launch the plan as an open market to all users of Vodafone Idea.

If we compare the plan 1499 of Vodafone Idea with the Jio annual prepaid plan 1699 then the plan offers 500MB less data. In the Vodafone Idea prepaid plan 1499, there is only 1GB data per day while the Jio plan 1699 offers 1.5GB data per day. The calling is totally free in both plans. And the main thing is that Vodafone Idea plan is available for selected users while Jio Plan is available for everyone.
